Please note that due to the Brexit there may be considerable delays in delivery of up to 8 weeks for items that are not in stock. We recommend that you enter your telephone number in your customer account in case we have any queries. You are also welcome to call us and we will tell you which items can currently be reordered quickly. We are currently importing our GW items independently by air freight from the UK to counteract the Brexit chaos in the UPS warehouse in Herne. Orders from the past two months are currently stored here and the goods are not arriving because UPS cannot cope with the accumulation of containers due to the backlog at the Eurotunnel. This affects all retailers and end customers in Germany. We have reordered all goods orders from the last few weeks, which we should have flown in this week by air freight and received by the weekend, so that we can finally send them to you!
