Vallejo Game Color - Water-based acrylic paints especially for tabletop miniatures
Vallejo Game Color in a matt and opaque, water-based formula, especially designed for brush-on use. Each colour, inks and washes has been meticulously developed in collaboration with model-painters who specialize in fantasy figures and dioramas. The formulation of these acrylic colours has been developed signed taking into account that some of these figures are used in tabletop games, so that Game Color is manufactured with a revolutionary new resin which offers extraordinary resistance to the damage caused by frequent handling. It is recommended to apply Game Color on a previously primed surface. The colours dry rapidly and form a homogenous and self-leveling film while preserving even the smallest detail of a miniature. Vallejo Game Color presents an extraordinary adherence on all grounds, such as resin, plastic, steel and white metal. Painting tools are cleaned with water.

Vallejo Game Ink or Wash - what's the difference?
Inks are highly pigmented acrylic paints especially for tabletop figures, bases and terrain pieces. Vallejo Game Ink colours are transparent, and can be used by brush and also by airbrush without previous dilution. They are employed to unify, shade and blend the colours, and for effects of lights and shadows. They can be mixed with all the other Vallejo acrylic colours.Washes are elementary for every tabletop player when painting his figures. Vallejo Game Wash colours are very liquid and transparent acrylics, designed to bring forth depths and details of shadow and contrast. The resin employed has been modified in order to achieve maximum transparency and has a delayed drying time to allow for the removal of excess product when dripping and pouring the wash into the recesses of the figures. Dipping Washes: These washes, presented in a wide mouth jar (contents 200 ml) are available in Sepia and Black only. The presentation in the jar and the special formulation of these two washes permit a quick shadowing of figures by means of dipping them into the jar.
