Citadel Dry Hoeth Blue was specially developed to allow you to highlight important details on your miniatures and models with dry brushes or to accentuate them easily and quickly. The consistency of the colour is slightly firmer and much drier than traditional Citadel Colour colours, making your work much easier. Citadel Dry Hoeth Blue has a matt finish. For best results we recommend the use of a Citadel Dry Brush.
