Blue Horror Layer is a high quality water-based acrylic paint with a high, but lighter pigment concentration as Citadel Base Colours. It offers you a lot of creative freedom by painting your miniatures and models. Add multiple layers to bring out extra details on your miniatures, or highlight edges for a stunning look. Citadel Blue Horror Layer paint has an even, matt finish. For best results we recommend using a Citadel Layer Brush.
