Citadel Technical Valhallan Blizzard has a very grainy consistency that doesn't look like snow at first glance.After applying this special paint, realistic snow effects are created on bases, miniatures or models. You can create single large snowflakes, small or large snow mountains or the appearance of freshly fallen snow. For best results, we recommend using a Citadel brush or texture tool.
