How to use MIG productions Rainmarks
Apply the effect using a fine sized round soft paintbrush. Create realistic streaks and rain marks with this light coloured enamel effect. Apply lines from the botton part of plate let dry for about 15 minutes and then fade using a brush dampened with Thinner for Washes.
